Warranty Terms and Details

Timus products are crafted to meet global standards of quality and workmanship. All materials undergo strict quality verification. The warranty details ensure coverage from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Defective items will be repaired or replaced by Timus Concepts Pvt. Ltd. free of charge at its discretion during the warranty period, subject to the following terms:

• The warranty card must be filled and stamped by the authorized dealer/store at purchase. Both the warranty card and the purchase receipt must be retained and presented for claims.

• The warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repairs, tampering, loss of parts, normal wear and tear, or exposure to solvents, acids, extreme temperatures, or water.

• Timus will make efforts to repair or replace items promptly, but no specific time frame is guaranteed.

• If the product is unavailable, a comparable Timus product may be provided as a replacement.

• Timus’ decision on defects and warranty applicability is final.
